Regional 911 Intake Solutions is seeking a call taker to handle emergency and nonemergency lines, verify caller information, and enter data into dispatch software. You will forward critical incident details promptly to the proper dispatch function while maintaining caller composure and accuracy.
Successful candidates typically hold a high school diploma and may have prior customer service or public safety experience. Training will cover call-taking protocols and required certifications.
