We are seeking a dedicated Driver Class A CDL/Material Handler to join our team through our Germantown branch. This full-time role offers the chance to work on diverse outdoor projects, collaborate with industry experts, and grow both personally and professionally.

This is full-time year-round employment. During the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

• Transport construction and plant materials throughout Southeastern WI.
• Load and unload products, equipment, and materials onto trucks, ensuring load safety and accuracy.
• Operate vehicles such as dump trucks, flatbeds, vans, spider trucks, tree spades, and tractor-trailers safely and courteously.
• Utilize equipment like loaders, skid steers, Bobcats, and forklifts for loading/unloading tasks.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records for trips, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incidents, and accidents.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures while completing assigned tasks diligently.

• Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record.
• Experience with equipment such as loaders, Bobcats, skid steers, and forklifts is preferred.
• Ability to balance accountability with inspiration to delight clients.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stoop as required by the job.

• Compensation for this hourly position is based on experience.
