Zoom Meeting Host – Volunteer

Careers Springboard – UK. Join us to host our weekly Monday Zoom meetings and help support job seekers.

We seek a UK volunteer with at least three years of professional Zoom experience who can prepare, administer and lead our Monday evening Zoom meetings. The role requires approximately 4 hours on a Monday evening per month.

• Plan and prepare the Zoom meeting from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, including pre‑meeting registration report.
• Set up breakout rooms and pre‑assign members by 6:30 pm.
• Open and manage the Zoom meeting from 6:45 pm to 9:15 pm; administer breakout rooms during the session.
• Generate and circulate a post‑meeting participants report 30 minutes after the meeting concludes.
• Collaborate with the existing Zoom Host team and up to two trustees for guidance and recommendations.
• Review and suggest improvements to streamline our Zoom operations.

• Minimum 3 years of professional Zoom experience.
• Strong office/administration skills and change‑management ability.
• Experience working in a voluntary or charitable environment is an advantage.
• Capable of working independently while remaining receptive to team guidance.
• Clear, calm and consistent communication style.

One Monday evening per month, approximately 4 hours.
