Are you a newly qualified to 2 years PQE Property Litigation Solicitor seeking to build a career with a leading Legal 500 firm? This role, based in Gerrards Cross, offers an exceptional platform to develop as a specialist in property litigation, handling a variety of contentious property matters. As part of our property litigation team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled practitioners, gaining hands‑on experience in a professional, supportive setting.

This is a unique opportunity to join our expanding property litigation team. You will manage and support a caseload that includes landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and easement issues, property contract disputes, and other contentious property matters. • Manage Property Litigation Cases
  :
  Assist in handling a full range of property disputes, from landlord and tenant matters to complex boundary and easement cases.
• Client Engagement
  :
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and providing updates throughout each case.
• Legal Research and Analysis
  :
  Conduct comprehensive legal research, preparing detailed case assessments and advising clients on potential outcomes and strategies.
• Document Drafting and Court Filings
  :
  Prepare pleadings, witness statements, and other key litigation documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Case Preparation and Strategy
  :
  Support the team with case preparation for hearings, mediations, and settlements, while contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 2 years PQE in property litigation or dispute resolution.
• Practical experience in contentious property matters, ideally gained from a reputable law firm.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client‑focused approach.
• Detail‑oriented and organised, able to manage multiple cases effectively.
