You will advise high-net-worth clients on complex, high-value matters, build lasting relationships, and enhance your professional standing within a prestigious, forward-thinking practice.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you’ll take on a varied and engaging caseload, working with clients to provide tailored legal solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a High-Quality Caseload – Advising clients on wills, probate, estate planning, inheritance disputes, tax planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, elder law, and contentious probate.
• Client-Centric Approach – Meeting clients face-to-face and virtually to deliver strategic, personalised legal advice with compassion and expertise.
• Ensuring Compliance & Best Practice – Upholding Lexcel and SRA standards, ensuring meticulous file management and risk assessments.
• Building and Expanding Client Relationships – Actively seeking new business opportunities through seminars, presentations, networking, and cross-selling.
• Staying at the Forefront of Legal Developments – Engaging in continuous professional development to stay ahead in the field of private client law.
• Supporting a High-Performing Team – Collaborating with colleagues to drive success and innovation in the department.

• Private Client Solicitors (1 PQE to Senior Associate) – Proven expertise in wills, probate, estate planning, tax, and trusts, ideally gained within a leading or well-regarded law firm.
• Client-Centred with Outstanding Communication Skills – Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver clear, empathetic, and pragmatic advice.
• Commercially Astute and Growth-Oriented – Understanding how to identify opportunities, cultivate new business, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
• Meticulous and Highly Organised – Ability to manage a varied and often complex caseload with efficiency, precision, and consistent excellence.
