Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Ghaziabad. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining desktop computers and associated peripherals. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring efficient operation, and providing maintenance support for printers and computer hardware. The engineer will ensure all IT systems run effectively to support organizational operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Ability to provide Printer Support and resolve related issues
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure; relevant certifications (e.g., A+, ITIL) are a plus
Previous experience in a similar Desktop Support Engineer role is preferred
