- Design, develop and execute short term, mid-term and long-term strategy & tactics for packaging materials
- Cost Negotiations and execution
- Inventory Management & Control
- Material Planning & Delivery
- Team Management & Leadership
- Adopt ESG practices in sourcing & ensure all vendor partners are aligned with sustainability goals (execute sustainability in suppliers end)

- Progress against identified Cost Saving as well as other Initiatives
- Quality Management / Supplier Coordination
- New Products Development
- Implement best in class IT/digital initiatives in packaging material buying portfolio

Experience and education

- Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging from IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging).
- 10+ years of experience of Rigid Plastics
• Flexible Packaging (Lami-tubes, Laminates, Sleeves, Juice Laminates)
• Paper Based PM (CBB, Mono Cartons, Labels)
• Glass Bottles and other metal based PM.
