Chef Kitchen

Colets Health and Fitness, a large, independent health club based in Thames Ditton, Surrey, is currently looking to recruit Full-time Cook to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. The candidate will carry out catering preparations for various Club functions including cricket teas, rugby and football meals, hospitality lunches as well as other Club events. Other tasks include:
Preparing daily food for the café bar / kitchen Sandwiches, paninis, baguettes, cakes, flapjacks, childrens food Preparing hot food for daily specials Ordering of supplies when necessary Overseeing deliveries Checking Invoices / Delivery notes Organising the storing of stock Informing supplies that stock should not be left unattended and should be signed for by a member of the kitchen management or the DM Providing emergency cover in cases of absence Salary dependant on experience.
