The Role:

As Mechanical Project Supervisor, you’ll lead on-site teams to deliver mechanical installations safely, on time, and to spec. You’ll coordinate with engineers and project managers, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Key Duties:

* Supervise site teams and workflows
 
* Liaise with project managers and clients
 
* Conduct site inspections and safety checks
 
* Resolve technical issues and maintain documentation
 
* Enforce quality control and safety standards
 
* Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
Requirements:
 
* Experience in mechanical supervision within building services
 
* Strong leadership and technical skills
 
* Familiarity with education, healthcare, and commercial projects
 
* Full UK driving licence
