They are seeking a Mechanical Fitter / Machinist to work on-site in Sittingbourne, contributing to the manufacture, maintenance, and overhaul of industrial machinery.

As a Mechanical Fitter / Machinist you will be doing:

* Assemble, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and plant equipment.

* Carry out machining, fabrication, and assembly tasks to high standards.

* Work closely with engineers and project teams to support installation and commissioning of equipment.

As a Mechanical Fitter / Machinist you will need:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Machinist in heavy mechanical / plant engineering.

* Strong practical skills in assembly, maintenance, and fabrication.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Commutable to Gillingham
