Salary : £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

Our client, a well-established and reputable Accountancy Practice based in Glasgow, is seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Qualified Accountant will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, prepare statutory accounts, and provide professional advice on a variety of accounting and tax matters. This role is ideal for a Qualified Accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and delivering high-quality service across different sectors.

• Preparation of year‑end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns
• Managing and developing client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for queries
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Supporting clients with business planning and advisory needs

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Previous experience within a UK accountancy practice is essential (3+ years)
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused approach
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
