Ashurst Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom (London option available; hybrid working arrangement).

Opportunity

Ashurst's global Knowledge & Expertise (K&E) function is seeking a Service Management Coordinator to deliver efficient workflow management and administrative support. The role acts as the central contact point for internal and external queries and requests, enabling K&E to provide a globally consistent and high-quality service offering to the firm and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide workflow management and administrative support for the K&E function.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for K&E in EMEA, engaging with internal and external clients to address queries, triage service requests and connect them with specialist resources.
  • Manage a diverse range of on-demand tasks from leadership to ensure efficient coordination within the function.
  • Maintain and support K&E's legal knowledge resources, learning programmes, and digital tools, driving consistency in documents and processes.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a workflow or administrative role in a law firm, professional services or corporate environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
  • Strong time-management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Clear and professional communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
