Recruitment Consultant for Accountancy & Finance (Transactional) at Iconic Resourcing

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid – Minimum 1 day on-site)

We’re looking for a Billing Assistant to join our client’s friendly and dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of their billing operations and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking, growing firm.

As a Billing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes across the firm. Your day-to-day work will be varied and rewarding, including:

• Processing client invoices, credit notes and amendments.
• Managing billing and e-billing inboxes, handling queries, and client/matter updates.
• Ensuring compliance and adherence to firm billing procedures.
• Supporting client-specific requirements.
• Supporting e-billing setup, maintenance and electronic submissions.
• Assisting with ad hoc billing tasks.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with others.
• Experienced in a similar billing position.
