Kenilworth Medical practice is a friendly, supportive and busy practice and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable candidate to join our team of receptionists.

This is a full time post, Monday to Friday 10am-6pm.

Duties will involve working at our main reception desk dealing with patient enquires face to face and over the telephone, therefore

applicants must have an excellent telephone manner, good communication and organisational skills. IT Experience is essential.

Other duties will include, processing repeat prescription requests, dealing with e-mails and scanning records whilst supporting our clinical team.

Experience in general practice would be advantageous but not essential as training and support will be provided.

The successful candidate should work well as part of a team, be able to work under pressure and prioritise their workload but remain calm whilst maintaining patient confidentially at all times.
