Business Operations Administrator – Glasgow

Scott & Co., part of Marston Holdings Ltd, is a leading provider of debt recovery, enforcement and citation services. We are looking for an organised and confident individual to join our operations team in Glasgow as a Business Operations Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate cash handling and banking processing.
  • Monitor the quality of output to meet specified requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure all correspondence is issued correctly.
  • Communicate via email and telephone with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Create, check and maintain accurate documents, ensuring they comply with GDPR and industry regulations.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) effectively and continuously improve your skill set.
