We are seeking a Client Manager to support our SIPP team. The SIPP business area provides administration and trusteeship services to over 70,000 self-invested personal pension arrangements for members, both advised and non-advised, and have ambitious plans to grow our customer base. This role can be based in our Glasgow or Cheltenham office working on a hybrid basis.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of SIPP customers and their associated financial advisors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction for both parties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and advisors, acting as the nominated point of contact for complex queries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, particularly the Consumer Duty legislation, including the proper handling of vulnerable customers.
• Monitor and evaluate customer accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and value addition, communicating these to customers and advisors when appropriate.
• Manage the administration of SIPP accounts, including transfers, investments, and withdrawals, liaising with customers and with advisors on customer-specific requirements.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing training and support in customer and advisor relationship management.

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/5 or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in pensions is essential
• Knowledge of the SIPP/SSAS marketplace, including property investments in a SSAS/SIPP wrapper is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
