**** This is a hybrid position, linked to an office in Glasgow, working in the office 2-3 days a week.

** What you’ll be doing
*** Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services in line with contractual requirements and governance processes.
* Identify new business opportunities and promote services to drive growth and long-term partnerships.
* Schedule and document regular client meetings, providing timely reports and updates as required.
* Monitor client needs and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to agreed targets.
