Full comprehensive benefits package The role of the Project Manager Doors, Doorsets and Hardware will involve:
Project Manager position dealing with a manufactured range of high quality doorsets & architectural hardware Taking projects from the sales team through to delivery Ensure projects are delivered on an appreciate timescale in line with customer expectations Deliver projects on budget ensuring costs are controlled across the process Build and develop relationships with architects and tier 1 contractors Deal with any other general admin and technical enquiries Dealing with project sizes values up to circa £1m The ideal applicant will be Project Manager Doors, Doorsets and Hardware with Must have Project Manager, Contracts Manager or related experience within the construction industry Must have have experience working with doors, doorsets, hardware & ironmongery, Would consider a more junior or assistant project/contract manager looking to step up Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High levels of attention to detail and organisation Full UK driving license Hungry, intelligent and humble Team player yet able to work autonomously Customer service orientated, technical, sociable personality Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within: :
