Description

We seek a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team, with experience in measurement, take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and proficiency in CostX software.

Responsibilities
  • Perform measurements and take-offs from drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
  • Monitor project costs and assess variations.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and security protocols.
  • Utilize CostX for digital measurement and reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience in measurement, BOQ preparation, and cost management.
  • Security clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in CostX software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
