Senior Quantity Surveyor

A respected, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy with a strong presence in Glasgow is looking for a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing, collaborative team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is the perfect opportunity for a delivery-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a hands-on role, managing projects from concept through to completion.

You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio across education, residential, heritage, commercial, healthcare, retail, and housing. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the financial delivery of multiple schemes, offering expert cost advice, managing budgets, and ensuring projects hit key milestones without compromising quality.

You’ll work directly with a wide client base while guiding junior team members and supporting the consultancy’s continued growth. For the right Senior Quantity Surveyor, there’s a clear and supported path to Associate level – making this a fantastic opportunity for long-term career progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• MRICS if preferred but not essential
• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and delivery-driven
