Opportunity for an Estimator to join a Tier 1 company who are looking to expand their precon team About the role of Estimator As an Estimator, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor in their fit out division. They are focusing on fast paced commercial CAT A and B fit outs, mainly in zones 1 and 2, with valuations of around £15 million.

Currently, they have a strong pipeline and recently acquired a huge blue-chip client. The ideal candidate will have 5  years estimating experience and a strong background in fit out. You will be motivated, ambitious and looking to grow alongside a business. Responsibilities for Estimator Carry out detailed quantity take offs from drawings and specifications Use estimating software Prepare & issue subcontractor enquiries Chase quotes & manage deadlines Assist in the cost planning at pre tender or early design stage Take ownership of entire tender packages Regular interaction with Senior Estimators / Estimating Managers, Commercial team, Design Managers, Planners, etc Attend post tender interviews Assist with handover to the commercial & site teams Be a mentor / guide for Junior team members Requirements for Estimator 5 years experience Strong background in CAT A/B fit out Live within commutable distance to City of London What on offer Salary of up to £85k Car / Travel allowance Private medical Salary sacrifice for vehicles Pension Annual leave package Industry leading family package If you want to hear more about this Estimator role please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Lucy Murphy in our London office on .
