Worship Leader

Reach Church is a gospel-centered, grace-focused community in Bear, Delaware, shaped by the message “Nothing But Jesus.” We are committed to preaching God’s Word, Christ-exalting worship, and a culture where God’s grace is at the center of everything we do. Our congregation is beautifully diverse - multiethnic, multigenerational, and united around the hope of the gospel.

After our sanctuary was destroyed in a fire in 2020, God has carried us through an incredible season of rebuilding. We are now in the final stage of construction and preparing for a grand reopening, stepping into a new chapter with gratitude and expectancy.

Reach Church is a place where people from all backgrounds can encounter Jesus, experience His grace, and find community. We are praying for leaders who share that heart and want to join us in what God is doing.

We are looking for a part-time Worship Leader who loves Jesus, loves people, and desires to build a worship ministry rooted in grace and centered on the gospel. This role includes leading worship weekly, developing volunteer musicians, and shaping a worship culture that will help carry Reach Church into an exciting new season as we prepare to move into our rebuilt sanctuary.

The position has the potential to expand as the ministry grows.

• Lead worship for Sunday services with musical excellence and a heart for Christ-centered worship.
• Recruit, develop, and shepherd a team of volunteer musicians and vocalists.
• Plan services in collaboration with the Lead Pastor to ensure a seamless flow between worship and the preaching of the Word.
• Lead rehearsals and prepare songs, charts, and arrangements as needed.
• Help develop the worship ministry structure, systems, and culture in anticipation of the upcoming grand reopening.
• Participate in planning special services (Christmas, Easter, Good Friday, etc.).
