** Role Description
** As Design Lead, you are responsible for leading the visual identity of the company’s brands, events, and marketing materials. You will manage and mentor the Junior Designer, ensuring high-quality design output and alignment with brand guidelines. This role involves conceptualising, designing, and executing creative solutions for digital and print media, supporting event production, and enhancing audience engagement.

** Who you are
**** Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
*** Proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the live events or entertainment industry.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in team leadership and management, including mentoring and workload distribution.
* Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing is a plus.
* Strong understanding of the design process, from brief to final execution, and all key delivery channels.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
* Demonstrable experience in following and executing under design brand guidelines.
* Experience of accurately preparing design artwork for print and understanding the print production process.
* Experience of creating design artwork for social media and digital advertising.
* Understanding of current design trends and music industry marketing.

* ** Develop and execute visual concepts for all DF brands across a variety of platforms to drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
* Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines.
* Manage and mentor the design team to develop talent, foster high performance, and encourage continuous learning.
* Manage workload distribution effectively to ensure timely project completion.
* Collaborate with the wider DF team, freelancers, and agencies to develop creative assets for festivals and events.
* Oversee the design process from concept to final production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
