Customer Support Technician - Gamma Business (Glasgow, United Kingdom)

Gamma is a leader in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). We provide voice, data, and mobile solutions across the UK and beyond. We are growing rapidly and looking for a dedicated support technician to join our team.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Focus on first‑time fix to reduce escalation.
• Support customers with number porting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with a variety of product‑related questions across Gamma and partner services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and IT systems.

• Strong customer service and administrative experience.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems.
• Friendly, proactive, adaptable approach to different customer groups.
• Passion for delivering first‑class customer experiences.
• Interest in the IT and Telecoms industry.
• Experience with in telecoms or a fast‑paced customer‑service role (desirable).
