Position: Service Advisor - NO WEEKEND WORKING

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our well-established dealership as a Service Advisor

Why this role matters

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the workshop. This isn’t just about managing service appointments—it’s about building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as the relationship manager for service customers
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinating with the workshop to deliver timely and efficient service
  • Supporting the wider service team with leadership and mentoring

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow‑up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
