• Basic salary of £30,000

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the workshop. This isn’t just about managing service appointments—it’s about building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

• Act as the relationship manager for service customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with the workshop to deliver timely and efficient service
• Support the wider service team with leadership and mentoring

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, upselling additional products and following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

• Previous customer‑facing service experience (essential)
• Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills (paramount)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets and deadlines
• Previous experience within the role beneficial but not essential
