Customer Service Advisors - Regulatory Sector

Location: Glasgow

Contract Type: Temporary min 6 months

Pay rate: £13.50

Hybrid: 1 day per week in the office in Glasgow City Centre

Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a key client in the regulatory sector to recruit 3 Customer Service Advisors.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role as the first point of contact for members of the public with queries relating to the Government's ECO and GBIS schemes. You will handle enquiries via phone and email, providing helpful, accurate information and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

We're looking for individuals who are customer-focused, proactive, and great team players. In addition to supporting members of the public, you'll work closely with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for the team. As you develop in the role, you'll also have the chance to support the training and development of new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries via phone and email

• Providing accurate information related to ECO and GBIS measures

• Completing administrative duties with attention to detail

• Collaborating with colleagues to support team success
