Assist customers with bookings and any enquiries they may have

The role:

- Manage bookings from provisional to confirmed - Provide support with bookings amendments - Give advice to customers on different tours available to them - Liaise with suppliers and create strong working relationships with them - Quickly adapt to change such as accommodation closures or travel disruptions The candidate:
