Job DescriptionWe are seeking qualified Landscape Architects & Landscape Planners to join our UK Landscape & Urban Design team. As part of a passionate and motivated team across the UK, you will work on diverse projects, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, creativity, and vision. You will collaborate with colleagues nationwide and internationally.
- Manage smaller projects independently and support larger project tasks.
- Prepare technical documentation for landscape infrastructure, development, and improvement projects, including:
- Strategic and feasibility studies;
- Landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIA);
- Townscape and visual impact assessments (TVIA);
- Design sketches, detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for planning applications;
- Develop tender and construction packages, conduct site inspections;
- Build and maintain client relationships in both public and private sectors;
- Assist in bid preparation for a range of project sizes;
- Lead and delegate tasks to junior team members;
- Engage with clients in design advice, workshops, and stakeholder meetings;
- Participate in internal multidisciplinary groups to promote innovation and thought leadership.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent;
- Postgraduate qualification (Diploma/Master) in Landscape Architecture;
- Experience with Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments;
- Experience in landscape and urban design projects is desirable;
- Experience managing landscape design during construction is a plus;
- Proficiency in Autodesk, Bentley, Adobe Creative Suite;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
