Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect with proven experience in healthcare projects to join a multidisciplinary design practice. This role involves leading large-scale schemes, including hospitals, specialist treatment facilities, and healthcare campuses.

You will be responsible for guiding projects across the full lifecycle - from concept design through delivery and construction - ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes. Collaboration with interior design and landscape specialists is an integral part of the role, alongside coordination with wider project teams and stakeholders.

• Lead healthcare projects from inception to completion.
• Develop architectural concepts and manage design delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM requirements, and healthcare-specific standards.
• Coordinate across disciplines, including interiors, landscape, and engineering consultants.
• Engage with clients, clinicians, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and submissions.
• Contribute to bids, tenders, and programming activities.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
