You will be joining our expanding Building Structures team as a Senior Engineer. You will play a key role in managing projects and supporting technical leadership in delivering designs from inception through handover.

• Develop innovative and sustainable designs from concept for a wide range of challenging projects, including hospital redevelopments, universities, and international projects.
• Take a key leadership role managing single and multi‑disciplinary design projects from concept through detailed design, coordinating with architects, engineers, and specialist consultants.
• Provide forward‑looking design solutions, embracing digital techniques and technologies.
• Deliver sustainable development solutions from site selection through to detailed design and construction, supporting MMC & DfMA solutions.
• Contribute to our ongoing success and help build towards delivery of a growing order book.

• Successful design delivery, particularly concept design and project inception stages, preferably in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Proactive management of requirements and risks, and ability to influence others to deliver successfully.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership potential to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Engineer typically working toward Chartered status before reaching Senior Engineer level; a Chartered Engineer is preferred.
• Eligibility to achieve Security Clearance.
