Join a respected and expanding engineering contractor delivering structural steel, cladding, and multi‑discipline engineering projects across Scotland and the wider UK. With strong in‑house fabrication and installation capabilities, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.

• Lead the planning and delivery of structural steel and engineering projects from award to completion.
• Manage budgets, programmes, resources, and project documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, site managers, fabrication teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and technical specifications.
• Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management and clients.
• Oversee change control, variations, procurement, and risk management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met throughout project lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within structural steel, engineering, or construction.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection, cladding, and site operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and commercial elements.
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, CDM, and quality processes.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
