Ideally based:

- Field sales position promoting the repair and rehabilitation of structures
- Promote concrete repairs, jacking, post‑tensioning, expansion joints, bridge bearing replacement and cathodic protection solutions
- Focus on our client’s 4D principles: determine, develop, design and deliver solutions to asset owners such as local authorities, highways agencies, hospitals, power companies
- Target to win circa £2m of new projects, potentially around 20 projects, with two largest clients in Scotland worth more than £10m each
- Split time between asset owners, structural and civil consultants as well as main contractors and D&B contractors
- Leverage existing contacts within specified industry sectors
- Work in a “buddy system” with the dedicated Scotland Pre‑construction Manager, who manages the Estimators
- Ideally work from the Glasgow office 1‑2 days per week
- Proven field sales track record within one of the following sectors: infrastructure, bridges, highways, transport, water, energy, industrial, utilities (hydro, wind etc.) or commercial
- Open to product backgrounds if candidates have a network of contacts within the aforementioned sectors (e.g., tool hire, anchors, mechanical systems, fixings, concrete, specialist contracting services such as welding, testing and inspections)
- Willingness to gain field sales experience even if primarily experienced with tools
- Specific knowledge of structural repair systems, jacking, post‑tensioning, expansion joints, bridge bearing replacement and cathodic protection solutions not essential but may be useful
- Experience across asset owners, consultants and main contractors
- Strong work ethic and willingness to entertain clients when needed
- Degree in civil engineering or structural engineering may be beneficial
