Remuneration: £50,000 base + £5,000‑£7,000 bonus.

• Field sales promoting repair and rehabilitation of structures.
• Strengthen the client’s presence in infrastructure, bridges and highways sectors & expand into transport, water, energy, industrial, utilities and commercial.
• Promote concrete repairs, jacking, post‑tensioning, expansion joints, bridge bearing replacement and cathodic protection solutions.
• Apply 4D principles – determine, develop, design and deliver solutions to asset owners such as local authorities, highways agencies, hospitals and power companies.
• Target new business to win approximately £2 million of new projects (≈20 projects, with two largest clients in Scotland worth >£10 million).
• Manage a mix of asset owners, structural & civil consultants, main contractors and D&B contractors.
• Leverage existing contacts within the relevant sectors.
• Work in partnership with the Scotland Pre‑construction Manager and estimators.
• Attend the Glasgow office 1–2 days per week.

• Proven field sales track record within infrastructure, bridges, highways, transport, water, energy, industrial, utilities or commercial sectors.
• Open to product backgrounds; experienced with tool hire, anchors, mechanical systems, fixings, concrete, welding, testing and inspections.
• Willingness to gain field‑sales experience if tools experience exists.
• Knowledge of structural repair systems, jacking, post‑tensioning, expansion joints, bridge bearing replacement and cathodic protection useful but not essential.
• Experience across asset owners, consultants and main contractors.
• Strong work ethic, client‑oriented attitude.
• Degree in civil engineering or structural engineering desirable.
