Position: PROJECT COORDINATOR

About This Role

AAC Clyde Space is at the forefront of small satellite technology and services. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for development opportunities in project management within the New Space industry, an exciting and fast‑paced business. You will be passionate about being involved in a dynamic environment with challenging schedules for missions and products. The role supports the Projects team across engineering and production, reporting to the Head of Programmes and working proactively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Management activities across multiple projects, ensuring tasks and resources are managed to expected standards and timescales.
  • Consult with colleagues to develop work plans.
  • Organise and maintain project data, reporting and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with teams to discuss challenges and track mitigating actions.
  • Support or lead customer and supplier communications.
  • Produce scheduled analysis and deliverables as required.
  • Distribute monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals and other documents.
  • Support development and maintenance of PMO forms and processes.
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors and subcontractors to support project requirements.
  • Assist in closing out projects.
Skills Required
  • Experience in project coordination and/or administration.
  • Proven track record in project support, planning and scheduling.
  • Working knowledge of document control systems and project design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional reports and correspondence.
  • Customer focus with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Decision‑making ability under a demanding, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multicultural team.
  • Ownership of problems and drive towards finding solutions.
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Skills Desired
  • Relevant qualification.
  • Experience working in a technical environment.
  • Previous experience with small/medium sized companies.
