AA Euro are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor in the Power & Renewables sector. The role will focus on the commercial management of large-scale projects including substations, grid connections, and battery storage developments.
Responsibilities- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
- Prepare and review contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations.
- Support project teams with commercial guidance and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level.
- Civil or electrical bias with strong background in substations, grid connections, or battery storage projects.
- Solid knowledge of contract management (NEC experience desirable).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eligible to work in Scotland (no sponsorship provided).
