A leading contractor is seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to support the delivery of energy‑efficiency programmes across the North East. This full‑time role involves managing the full PAS
2035 process, coordinating retrofit surveys, supporting software and customer journey improvements, and ensuring full Trust Mark compliance. A competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus, and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

• Oversee the full PAS
  2035 assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring process
• Manage retrofit surveys to ensure quality and compliance
• Support delivery across SHDF, LAD, ECO and other funded schemes
• Provide accurate RdSAP and SAP modelling and guidance
• Manage PAS
  2035 Trust Mark lodgements to support funding drawdown

• Retrofit Coordinator qualification
• Domestic Energy Assessor & OCDEA credentials
• Experience managing survey processes within housing refurbishment
• Strong team‑management skills
• Minimum 3 years construction industry experience
• Full UK driving licence
