Civil 3D Technical Consultant | Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant / Trainer with a strong Civil Infrastructure background to deliver Autodesk Civil 3D and Info Drainage training and consultancy services to our UK clients.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked with UK infrastructure contractors, local authorities, or civil design consultancies — and who enjoys helping others unlock the full potential of Autodesk Infrastructure solutions.

You’ll be part of our UK Professional Services team, collaborating with experts across EMEA to deliver high-impact technical training, implementation services, and consultancy for clients focused on highways, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects.

• Deliver Autodesk Civil 3D and Info Drainage training (standard and bespoke) for UK infrastructure clients.
• Support customers in adopting Autodesk Infrastructure workflows aligned to UK standards and BIM processes.
• Provide post‑training technical consultancy to help clients implement efficient design and data management practices.
• Contribute to the creation of custom course materials, workflows, and implementation guides.

• Proven experience working within UK infrastructure contracting or civil engineering environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and Info Drainage (other Autodesk infrastructure tools beneficial).
• Experience delivering training or mentoring for Civil 3D / Info Drainage users (either internally or commercially).
• Understanding of UK design standards, SuDS, and BIM workflows in civil infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK for client engagements.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Previous experience in consultancy, training, or technical support roles.
• Additional Autodesk certifications or teaching credentials.
