Electrical Reliability Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer . This role plays a critical part in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving best-in-class electrical maintenance practices within a high-performance industrial environment. ??

Key Responsibilities Design and conduct electrical equipment inspections to ensure operational reliability Analyze electrical failures and define repair and improvement strategies Implement risk-based maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) approaches Develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems Collaborate with Maintenance Planning teams to align with CMMS processes Perform and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and fault diagnostics Prepare clear reports with findings, recommendations, and project updates Support CAPEX planning and budgeting for electrical reliability initiatives Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to maintenance teams Work cross-functionally to improve inspection and maintenance standards ??

Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in electrical maintenance or reliability engineering (manufacturing environment) Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Strong knowledge of RCM, FMECA, and RCA methodologies Hands-on experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and control circuits Proven commitment to electrical safety, compliance, and best practices ?
