Associate Electrical Engineer

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take the next step into a leadership position? Were working with a highly respected building services consultancy seeking an Electrical Associate to join their Glasgow office. In this role, youll play a key part in driving the technical delivery and direction of major projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, and high-tech facilities.

Youll take ownership of client relationships, oversee project delivery, and guide a growing team of engineers. What youll be doing:
Leading electrical design and strategy across multidisciplinary projects Managing project delivery from concept through to completion Providing technical oversight, QA, and design assurance Developing and mentoring junior engineers within the team Building strong relationships with clients and project partners What youll bring:
Degree-qualified in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related field Chartered (or working toward) with relevant professional body (CIBSE, IET, etc.) Proven experience leading projects within a consultancy environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Whats on offer:
