Geotechnical Engineer

re you a passionate Ground Investigation Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a market-leading specialist within the civil engineering and geotechnical sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their expanding Geotechnical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major infrastructure schemes across the UK, gaining exposure to cutting-edge ground investigation techniques and complex geotechnical challenges. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality site investigation works for a range of high-profile projects.

This role will include but is not limited to:

• Deliver ground investigation activities across a variety of civil engineering projects
• Supervise and coordinate site works, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Carry out logging, sampling, in-situ testing, and data recording
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and wider project teams
• Contribute to technical reporting and project documentation

The ideal applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate:

• Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar discipline
• Experience in ground investigation techniques (site & reporting experience advantageous)
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
