Principal Substation Primary Design Engineer & Team Lead

What you will need- British legal right to work in the UK
- Primary substation design experience
- Consultancy or client-facing project exposure
- Proven team leadership experience

What you will be doing- Lead FEED and detailed design of HV substation projects
- Manage and mentor a technical engineering team
- Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver seamless project outcomes
- Review and assure design quality across multiple work streams
- Chartered Engineer or working towards
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (IEC / IEEE)
- Bid and cost estimate preparation experience
- Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
