An extremely successful business based in Port Dundas is looking to recruit a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to their dynamic Finance function. This is a temporary vacancy that would suit a candidate with strong AP knowledge looking to work within an energetic and modern organisation.
Responsibilities- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly
- Allocating payments to invoices
- Matching supplier statements
- Weekly payment runs
- Reconciliations
- Query resolution and escalations
- Other ad-hoc financial duties
