We’re looking for ambitious graduates with a passion for data and financial markets to join Capco as a Market Data Analyst. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering data‑driven solutions to top‑tier financial services clients. This is a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in financial data and market infrastructures while developing your consultancy skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Gather validate and analyse financial market data across a range of asset classes
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and solve data challenges
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives through accurate market data insights
• Assist in building data pipelines dashboards and reporting tools
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and industry practices

• A degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An interest in capital markets financial instruments and regulatory frameworks

• Familiarity with Bloomberg Refinitiv or similar data platforms
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, SQL or Excel
• Understanding of MiFID II, EMIR or other financial regulations
• Internship or project experience within financial services or data analytics
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a consultancy environment
