Glasgow, Edinburgh or Aberdeen with access to a regional hub. Hybrid working (3 days per week in office, flexible for client visits).

- Diploma qualified in financial planning (ideally chartered, or working towards Chartered status).
- Committed to continuous professional development, maintaining CPD logs and training up to date.
- Proven experience in financial planning—independent, restricted, or corporate—demonstrating the ability to deliver outstanding advice.
- Capacity for new client development and willingness to self-develop to support Ascot Lloyd’s growth.
- Flexibility and growth mindset to support nationwide growth.
- Exceptional integrity and interpersonal communication skills both internally and externally.
- Track record of achieving challenging new client development goals in a regulated environment, with drive to win and nurture recurring revenue.
- Confident with back-office systems and meticulous attention to detail.
- Satisfactory Fit & Proper status, confirmed through Ascot Lloyd's annual assessment – integrity is at the heart of everything you do.
Three-stage interviews after pre-screening: values & competency, technical/case study, and final interview. You’ll have a chance to ask questions to Regional Leads and HR contacts during interviews.
