X4 Technology are partnered with a leading software development house who are offering the opportunity for a contract Business Analyst to join an exciting transformation project within their finance function.

This is a 6-month initial contract role, working in a fast-paced environments at the intersection of finance, technology and systems implementation.

You’ll play a key role in the implementation of an Advanced Billing solution, partnering closely with Finance, Technology and key stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented and delivered.

This role will have real impact, helping to modernise and optimise billing processes across the business.

• Eliciting, analysing and documenting finance and billing requirements
• Supporting the implementation of an Advanced Billing solution
• Acting as a bridge between Finance, business users and technical teams
• Mapping current-state and future-state billing processes
• Supporting testing, data validation and go-live activities

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Billing projects
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing and finance processes
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Billing solutions
• Experience with Salesforce and Net Suite (highly desirable)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running in a contract environment
