Financial Planning Administrator
Location : Glasgow
Salary : £26,000 to £34,000 plus excellent benefits, DOE
About the roleYou will support the advice process from start to finish, ensuring clients receive a high quality and efficient service. Responsibilities include processing new business, managing Letters of Authority, preparing client review packs and meeting materials, updating client records and liaising with clients and product providers. Accuracy and strong organisational skills are essential.
About youYou must have at least one year of experience in a similar role within an IFA practice or comparable financial planning environment. You should be confident working with financial planning systems, familiar with regulatory requirements and comfortable handling a busy and varied workload. Clear communication and a proactive approach are important.
Package and benefitsThe role offers a competitive salary from £26,000 to £34,000 depending on experience. The benefits package includes pension, death in service, private medical insurance, generous holiday entitlement and full exam support including study materials and paid exam fees.

Working arrangementsFlexible working is available, including two days per week from home after the three month probation period has been completed.
