Finance Assistant, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Location: Glasgow (City Centre)
Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Flexibility: Expectation to attend office 2-3 days a week

The RoleWe are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team as our business undergoes an exciting period of growth.
The finance team supports the membership-facing teams in a number of ways including but not limited to:
- Transactional processing
- Reporting and data analysis
- Liquidity and investments management
- Project support
- Payroll
Finance assistants are predominantly responsible for accurate processing of invoices and recording of bank transactions. This includes:
- Inputting invoices data onto the system
- Ensuring cost invoices and expenses are authorised
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with the payment run
The Role
Some experience working as a finance assistant, or in a similar role, is essential for us.
While a formal qualification in finance or a related discipline is not essential for this role it would be advantageous.

- Attention to detail: Highly organised, with experience in recording accurate financial data.
- Highly organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, keeping financial processes running smoothly.
- Good Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels across our business and external providers.
- Independent and collaborative: Comfortable working both on your own and as part of a team while managing a varied workload.
