The Integrated Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing hotel services within NHS Scotland, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors. The role involves supervising staff, managing cleaning and catering schedules, ensuring compliance with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Specification and Healthcare Acquired Infection (HAI) Task Force Code of Practice, and maintaining high‑quality domestic and catering services.

• Oversee cleaning, catering and general hotel operations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow agreed cleaning work schedules, methods and procedures in accordance with NHS Scotland National Cleaning Specification and HAI Task Force Code of Practice.
• Manage and monitor rotating work schedules across clinical areas and departments.
• Ensure efficient use of cleaning agents, mechanical equipment and protective clothing.
• Maintain daily/weekly sign‑off sheets, complete tasks accurately and report supply requirements to the Supervisor.
• Communicate with staff to provide high‑quality service to patients and staff.

Shift pattern: 15:45 – 20:00, Monday to Friday (part‑time).

Salary:
Pro Rata for part‑time hours.

Entry level. Basic experience in domestic, catering or hospitality services is preferred.
