OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AHP to join East Renfrewshire HSCP, supporting the Service Manager in the operational delivery and strategic oversight of integrated rehabilitation multidisciplinary services in the partnership.
Responsibilities- The post is responsible for day-to-day professional and managerial support of the fully integrated health and social care multidisciplinary community rehabilitation teams which comprise of AHPs, Nursing, Frailty Practitioners, Support Workers and Administration staff (circa 40 WTE) and may also require covering a caseload commensurate with your professional background.
- The post holder is also responsible for leading NMAHP Advanced Practitioners within the teams who carry out advanced assessment and management of highly complex clinical caseloads within the community setting.
- The post holder will work alongside Board AHP and Nursing Professional Leads, and represent at National AHP Frameworks, to provide leadership and clear direction relating to the multiprofessional and advanced practice roles within the Service.
- The post holder is responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of multi-disciplinary care to service users and their relatives through the development and management of staff within their remit and compliance with statutory requirements, professional guidelines and the policies and procedures of the HSCP and partner organisations.
- Working 5 days over 7.
